Applicators
SRC is a pioneer in the development and processing of
vaginal applicators. We have been manufacturing applicators since 1972
working closely with our customers for over 35 years. We have developed
the following applicators to accommodate a large array of customer requirements;
however we also understand that each customer is different and have developed
our tooling to require only slight modifications to accommodate various
product requirements at minimal costs to the customer.

Reusable

 We have several
designs incorporating 16 standard pitch thread, 14 pitch thread
and snap caps. We also have two metric designs incorporating 5mm
and 11mm sizes.
SRCs newest
development (017 series) incorporates the standard design of a
16 pitch thread with a sleek profile to eliminate excess material
which is more efficient for manufacturing through high speed automation,
ease of use for the end user and aids in the conservation of the
environment.
The 017 series
has a unique feature providing a stop at a specific location to
accommodate a customers’ unique single dose requirement.
This feature aids to prevent the end user from administering an
improper dose.
SRC can also
adapt the 017 series applicators with specific dosage markings
for multi dose use, logos and product name.
SRC has the
ability to individually wrap each applicator or process the applicators
in multi packs consisting of two applicators or up to eight applicators
in each package. If additional multi-pack sizes are required please
contact SRC for more details.

Tablet Applicator

SRC has developed
three styles of tablet applicators to accommodate most round/oval
and straight edged tablets.
SRC has designed
the tablet applicator tooling to accommodate minimal changes to
meet the needs of a unique tablet as may be requested by our customers.
The 020 series
tablet applicators are a two piece design that are pre-assembled
and packaged in a configuration determined by the customer consisting
of singles or multi-packs. |

Suppository Applicator
