Die Cutting

SRC has a new process to die cut custom configurations out of foam. The foam products range from cushions for seats and benches to cosmetics and even operating room applications. Various foam depths, styles and colors are available.

	SRC has implemented two styles of die cutting which incorporates single or multifunction applications on hydraulically controlled presses.
	SRC can custom cut any configuration necessary to meet your needs.
	SRC has designed the punch process to accommodate any thickness required by the customer.
Attachments
	SRC will be happy to discuss different applications to accommodate the unique requirements of our customers. Our current applications consist of adding additional items to the foam products through adhesion and sewing.
Packaging
	SRC can offer products in hermetically sealed bags in singles or multi-packs.
